SOGECLAIR MAINTAINS ITS ELIGIBILITY TO THE PEA-PME SHARES SAVING SCHEME
Blagnac, France, and Montreal, Canada, April 13, 2016- SOGECLAIR (NYSE Euronext: SOG), the provider of high added-value innovative solutions and products for the aerospace and transportation markets, confirms that it meets all the PEA-PME (small and medium-size enterprise shares saving scheme) criteria as set by the March 4th, 2014 French application decree n°2014-283.
These criteria are a total headcount below 5.000 employees, a yearly turnover below 1.5 billion euros or a balance sheet total below 2 billion euros, as well as having the headquarters established in France. The eligibility criteria are assessed on the basis of SOGECLAIR consolidated accounts as of December 31, 2015, taking into account the entities linked to the company.
As a result, SOGECLAIR shares remain eligible for incorporation into PEA-PME accounts.

SOGECLAIR S.A est spécialisé dans la conception et le développement de produits de haute technologie à destination des industries de l'aéronautique, de l'aérospatial, et des transports civils et militaires. Le groupe développe également des produits et des logiciels de simulation. Le CA par activité se répartit comme suit :
- ingénierie aéronautique et spatiale (50,2%) : ingénierie en recherche et développement d'aérostructures, d'intérieurs d'aéronefs, de systèmes, etc. ;
- conception de produits et de logiciels de simulation (49,2%) : simulateurs complets (notamment de trains, de trafic aérien et d'observations d'artillerie), logiciels de simulation (notamment de création d'environnement de synthèse et d'étude automobile), produits multimédia, maquettes virtuelles (notamment maquettes en vision infrarouge ou radar destinées à la qualification d'électronique de missiles), etc. Le groupe développe également des activités de conception et de fabrication de produits thermoplastiques structuraux complexes, de sous-ensembles métalliques, de mobiliers et de mécanismes de cabine, de systèmes de fabrication additive et d'équipements de cockpit (embarqués ou simulés) ;
- prestations de conseil technologique et industriel (0,6%).
Le CA par marché se ventile entre aviation d'affaires (38,3%), aviation commerciale (36,7%), transport ferroviaire (8,5%), industrie automobile (8%), défense (4,8%) et autres (3,7%).
La répartition géographique du CA est la suivante : France (45%), Europe (22,8%), Amérique (25,4%), Asie-Pacifique (5,3%) et autres (1,5%).
