Description de l'Activité: Welspun Enterprises Limited

Welspun Enterprises Ltd est une société de développement d'infrastructures basée en Inde. La société est active dans le développement d'infrastructures routières et hydrauliques (en mode EPC [ingénierie, approvisionnement et construction] et BOT [construction, exploitation et transfert]). Elle exerce ses activités à travers trois segments : Transports, Eau, et Tunnels et Réhabilitation. Elle assure également des activités d'exploitation et de maintenance (O&M) pour les projets du secteur des transports. Ses projets comprennent l'autoroute Delhi-Meerut (lot 1), Aunta-Simaria (pont sur le Gange avec voies d'accès), Varanasi-Aurangabad, Sattanathapuram-Nagapattinam, Mukarba Chowk-Panipat, Chikhali-Tarsod, Gagalheri-Saharanpur-Yamunanagar et le lot AM2 d'Amravati dans le Maharashtra. La société détient également des participations dans le secteur amont du pétrole et du gaz par l’intermédiaire d’une coentreprise, Adani Welspun Exploration Limited (AWEL), conformément à la mission du gouvernement visant à opérer une transition vers une économie fondée sur le gaz.
