Aaron Hamer

Aaron Hamer serves as Operating Partner for Treaty Oak.
Prior to joining Treaty Oak, Mr. Hamer was the CEO of Highline Produce Ltd., a leading producer of organic mushrooms sold to retail and foodservice.
At Highline, he delivered an aggressive expansion strategy over seven years, including both substantial organic growth and growth through acquisitions.
He also previously worked as the CFO of Enginetics, an aerospace focused manufacturer.
During his tenure at both firms, Mr. Hamer focused on building high performing teams, professionalizing processes and driving value by implementing strategic initiatives.
Mr. Hamer began his career in the M&A advisory group for National City.
