Abdullah Ahmed Al Shaheen Al-Rabeea brings 23 years of experience and was behind the creation of many successful green-field businesses and several high-profile PE transactions in the MENA, Asian and US markets.
Through his network of HNWI and institutional investors, he raised over US$ 5 billion in debt and equity for various transactions.
Mr. Al Shaheen was behind a number of break-through transactions in the region such as structuring the first Shariah-complaint IPO listing on the Hong Kong Exchange and entering the Egyptian steel market during the country’s recent political crossroads.
His track record provides evidence of consistently delivering superior risk adjusted returns to shareholders and investors.
Mr. Al Shaheen has a BA in Accountancy from Kuwait University and is a Certified Public Accountant from the Ministry of Commerce, Kuwait.
