Specialized portfolio management teams utilize research to invest according to the investment philosophy, objective and process of each specific strategy. Analyst-managed portfolios are actively managed based on the weight of each industry in the benchmark and using the best ideas from the coverage universe. The Intersection strategies combine fundamental research with quantitative valuation techniques in a disciplined investment framework. Global industry, regional and macroeconomic experts support both equity and fixed-income investing. Quantitative, technical, style and specialty research teams also contribute to the equity investment processes. Credit, sovereign, quantitative and sector-based analysts support fixed-income investing. By working together, analysts ensure that every bottom-up decision takes into account every relevant top-down factor and vice versa. Wellington-Australia's multi-sector portfolios are regional and multi-currency. They cover the duration spectrum from money market and short bond to intermediate and market duration, core, and core bond plus portfolios. They also invest in specific sectors including high yield, corporate, mortgage-backed, emerging markets, and municipal bond portfolios. Partners/Portfolio Managers are responsible for the day to day management of the firm's holdings. The growth team is located in Boston. The value and Asia Pacific (ex. Japan) teams are located in Radnor and Singapore, respectively.
