Mr. Akiva M.
Cohen is an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Cohen was an associate at Thelen LLP in the Commercial Litigation Department and a member of Thelen's Securities Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups, where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes, employment and personal injury litigation and broker-dealer arbitration.
Mr. Cohen has experience in federal and state civil litigation and appellate practice, arbitration, and ITC investigations.
Mr. Cohen received his J.D.
from Columbia Law School (2004), where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was awarded the Simon H.
Rifkind Prize.
Mr. Cohen received his B.A., cum laude, from CUNY- Queens College (2000).
