In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.

Kepler Cheuvreux SA (Germany) (Kepler Cheuvreux Germany) is the German brokerage division of Kepler Cheuvreux SA in France. The firm was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Frankfurt. Kepler Cheuvreux Germany specializes in security broking and is a market leader for small- to mid-cap companies.
