Prior to founding Momentum, Mr. Boomer spent 7 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President in the firm's Investment Management Division.
While at Goldman, he managed a $450 million investment portfolio on a team that oversaw $7 billion in client assets.
Allan began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1995.
He holds undergraduate degree in business from Morgan State University.
He holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Entrepeneurship from the NYU Stern School of Business.
