Prior to joining Raymond James Capital in 2008, Mr. McSwain spent two years as an investment banking analyst with the Technology and Communications Group of Raymond James & Associates, Inc. (NYSE), where he was active in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements.
Mr. McSwain also previously spent two years as a CPA with Ernst & Young, LLP.
Mr. McSwain holds a M.S.
in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a B.S.
in Finance from the University of Florida.
