GRT Capital Partners' name was changed to Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk LLC. The firm was founded by Charlton “Chat” Reynders III and Patrick McVeigh in 2005. RM offers discretionary investment management services to separately managed accounts and acts as investment adviser to the Reynders, McVeigh Core Equity Fund, a mutual fund series of the Capitol Series Trust, a registered open-end management investment company.
