Mr. Ashley T.
Smith is an Analyst at BT Investment Management Ltd.
Mr. Smith joined the funds management business of BT Financial Group, which became BT Investment Management, in July 2001 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Australian Equities.
He subsequently spent three years managing BT’s Sustainability Share funds.
Prior to joining BT Mr. Smith worked as a Derivatives Product Controller and Risk Manager at Merrill Lynch for three years and Citibank London for one year, and as an economist at the Department of Finance in Canberra for two years.
Mr. Smith holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
