Branch is Partner & Co-Founder at Nancy Creek Capital.
Prior to forming The Branch-Shelton Company in 1998 and co-founding Nancy Creek Capital in 2005, he worked for over 40 years in the real estate industry.
He served as President and CEO of Dutch Institutional Holding Company (DIHC), the U.S.
real estate investment affiliate of Pensioenfond PGGM, the second largest pension fund in The Netherlands.
DIHC owned a $1.3 billion portfolio of premier Class A office properties in Boston; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta; Chicago; and Charlotte.
Mr. Branch is a graduate of Davidson College and Duke University School of Law.
