Mr. William K.
Smith is a Head of International at BMO Capital Markets Ltd.
He is on the Board of Directors at Columbia Threadneedle AM (Holdings) Plc, Bank of Montreal Capital Markets (Holdings) Ltd., Blue Finco Ltd.
and Columbia Threadneedle (Europe) Ltd.

He holds an MBA from York University, a Master’s in Political Economy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University.
