Mr. Blake Myers is a Managing Director at Amherst Securities Group LP.
Prior to joining Amhers in January 2009, he had previously worked at UBS Securities, where he was one of the investment bank's leading MBS salespeople.
Mr. Myers brings several years of experience in the bond business to Amherst.
While at UBS, he managed a sales team that worked with clients in various sectors, including insurance companies, money managers and hedge funds.
Prior to working at UBS, he held a similar role at JPMorgan from 2000 until 2003.
From 1993 until 2000, he was an MBS salesman at Nomura Securities.
Mr. Myers graduated from DePauw University in Indiana in 1986 with a BA in Physics and holds an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia, where he graduated in 1993 with a concentration in Finance.
