Mr. Brett A. Rechel, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager & Financial Advisor at Coastwise Capital Group LLC.
He is responsible for managing investment portfolios and business development.
He serves on the Coastwise Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Coastwise, Mr. Rechel served as a Senior Equity Analyst at San Diego-based hedge fund Bricoleur Capital Management.
Previously, Mr. Rechel specialized in mezzanine and equity investments at Stonehenge Partners, a private equity firm focused on the middle market.
Preceding Stonehenge Partners, he was an investment banker for Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and KeyBanc Capital Markets, respectively.
Mr. Rechel began his career as an accountant for one of the Big Four accounting firms, Ernst & Young.
Mr. Rechel received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science Degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
