Brett Lacher is a Principal of LCM and is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing investments across healthcare industry sectors.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Healthcare Building Solutions.
He was previously a Vice President at Saw Mill Capital, a New York based middle-market private equity firm where he focused on sourcing, executing and portfolio management of business services, distribution, and manufacturing businesses.
Prior to joining Saw Mill, Mr. Lacher was a Senior Associate at Insight Equity where he focused on private equity investing and portfolio company management covering middle-market industrial companies.
Prior to Insight Equity, he was an Associate with Court Square Capital Partners, where he focused on control investments in middle-market business service and consumer & retail companies.
Mr. Lacher began his career as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on leveraged transactions in the Financial Sponsors Group.
Mr. Lacher earned his BSE degree in Systems Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
In addition to his LCM activities, Brett currently serves as a regional board member of the Anti-Defamation League.
