Prior to that, he was the Exploitation Manager at CNOOC Petroleum North America ULC in 2003 and the Vice President-New Ventures & Geoscience at Paramount Energy Trust from 1998 to 2003.
Mr. Norris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 1986 and his graduate degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1989.
