Mr. McPeak earned a Master of City and Regional Planning, Conferred with Distinction, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a BA in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley.
He is a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey and a member of AICP.
