Hennessey, CFA MBA, is a Partner, Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager at Alpine Woods Capital Investors LLC.

Prior to that he worked at Tribeca Global Investments, a unit of Citigroup, as a member of the Merger Arbitrage hedge fund team where he contributed a significant portion of the fund’s alpha generation.
Mr. Hennessey spent time at PartnerRe Asset Management as a member of the US Investment Grade Fixed Income team covering health care, REITs, consumer products, and insurance.
He started his career as an analyst at Putnam Investment’s High Yield Fixed Income team covering homebuilding, paper, energy and chemicals.
Mr. Hennessey received a degree in Biology and Economics from Williams College, an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
