Before joining GrowthWorks, Mr. Froebe completed his Honors in Business Administration degree at the Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario (1990).
Thereafter, he began working on Wall Street as an Account Executive with Thomas James and Associates in New York City, and later transferred to a similar position in San Francisco.
In 1994, he returned to Canada, as the Systems/Office Manager of Agassiz Seed Farm Ltd.
During this time, he also worked on a number of agriculture related projects, including a term position as the Special Crops Agronomist with Manitoba Agriculture and Food.
Mr. Froebe currently serves as director on a number of private company Boards and the Red River Cooperative Ltd.
