Mr. Bruce T.
Guzowski is Operating Advisor at BIA Digital Partners.
He was previously employed as President & Chief Executive Officer by HCPro, Inc. From 1979 to 1995, Mr. Guzowski was with First Winthrop Corporation, a Boston-based real estate investment and management company which raised $2 billion of equity through private and public offerings to acquire more than $6 billion in assets.
He was a key member of the Team that conceptualized and closed Winthrop's $67 million IPO.
While at Winthrop, he held many senior management positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Partner, and Treasurer.
His final position at Winthrop was Vice Chair and Managing Director for Winthrop Hotels & Resorts, a national resort and marina management company.
He left Winthrop upon his sale of that division.
Prior to Winthrop, he was with the audit and tax divisions of the Boston office of Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Guzowski is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979.
He is on the Board of Directors of Specialized Information Providers Association (SIPA).
He heads SIPA's New England chapter and speaks frequently at information industry conferences.
He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Nantucket Electric Company.
