They are a direct subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers LLC, ultimately owned by BPCE SA in France. Loomis Sayles provides investment advisory or sub advisory services to institutional clients through separate account management services. In addition, the firm provides investment advisory or sub-advised services to various investment funds.

ESL Investments, Inc. is a privately-owned hedge fund sponsor and registered investment adviser founded in 1988. Headquartered in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, ESL manages assets on a discretionary basis in one master fund, ESL Partners LP. They also offer investments in ESL Partners through ESL Limited, a Bermuda-based “feeder fund”. Investors in the funds are generally comprised of ultra high-net worth individuals and family offices, but also include private and public pension plans, financial institutions, and other institutional investors.
