Fiduciary Financial Services of the Southwest, Inc.
Fiduciary Financial Services of the Southwest, Inc. Investment ManagersFinance Fiduciary Financial Services of the Southwest's (FFS) investment strategy is based on the client's individual goals, risk tolerance, and cash flow needs. They employ a top-down investment approach that looks at the “big picture” in the economy and financial world and then breaks those components down into finer details. Then FFS analyzes the different sectors within the economy in order to select those that are forecasted to outperform the market. THis is followed by analysis of the stocks of specific companies and those they believe will be successful are chosen as investments. FFS generally selects investments for their long-term growth potential; however, they may occasionally hold securities for shorter periods if the client's objectives dictate or as circumstances change. The firm does not actively trade securities for short-term profit nor do they engage in short sales or leveraged transactions. FFS does not invest in options or futures contracts. For larger equity accounts that have long-term funding needs that warrant higher risk in pursuit of a greater returns or for accounts that simply prefer it, FFS invests in common stocks or securities convertibles. They develop a selected stock list by combining research with the latest research and information available from institutional resources. While the firm believes that there should be various levels of risk in managing fixed-income accounts, they utilize both fixed rate and variable rate loan participations that are guaranteed by the GNMA, U.S. SBA or the FmHA. | Sales & Marketing | - |
