Mr. Pulcano joined Ocean State Asset management in August 2005.
From June 2004 through August 2005, he was an independent consultant.
He served as COO of a New York based consulting firm from April 1991 through January 2004.
Prior to 1991, Mr. Pulcano held various positions with major NYC banks, including Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President and Vice President of the Long Island Corporate Lending Group.
Mr. Pulcano attended Hofstra University.
He has passed the Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63 NASD Securities Exams.
