Mr. Charles H.

In 1983 he started a CPA and business advisory firm based in the DFW area that became a specialist in financial service organizations.
In addition to his duties with the Summit Alliance companies, he is also active in civic and church activities and serves as a member of the board of directors of the AAU Global Foundation.
He was born in Waco, Texas.
Mr. Spitzer graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1977.
He is a licensed CPA in Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
