In his role as Principal, Charlie advises a wide-range of entrepreneurs, investors and institutional healthcare leaders in building high-performing executive teams.
Since joining Oxeon in 2015, Charlie’s work has included leadership team builds for Equality Health, Intelligent Medical Objects, NextCare Urgent Care, and Evolent Health, among others.
As the co-founder of Oxeon’s Seattle office, Charlie has led Oxeon’s brand expansion in the Pacific Northwest and is proud to lead a team of exceptional colleagues in his hometown.
Through these efforts, Charlie has partnered with market leaders including UW Medicine, Premera Blue Cross, Providence Health & Services, Frazier Healthcare Partners, Endeavour Capital, and Sound Physicians.
Charlie was drawn to Oxeon and its mission through his personal experience as a person living with type 1 diabetes and his desire to build a better healthcare ecosystem for those living with chronic conditions.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Charlie worked for Kirkland West, a boutique executive search firm focused on strategy and business development engagements.
He began his career in the non-profit sector with City Year, where he served as an academic coach and mentor to students in a Brooklyn, NY high school.
