Prior to joining Wisco Research in June 2009, Mr. Janisch was a portfolio manager and securities analyst with Thompson Investments, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin.
He was also the Marketing Director for Nakoma Capital Management, a long/short equity manager based in Madison, WI.
He has also held several managerial positions with national and global organizations, and was a small business owner.
He began his investment career in 2001 as a securities research analyst with Thompson, Plumb and Associates.
Mr. Janisch holds a BBA in Finance (1998) and an MS degree in Finance (2000) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
He is a graduate of the Applied Securities Analysis Program at the UW School of Business.
