He has also worked as a Financial Consultant for Merrill Lynch, as the Head of Sales for a mutual fund company and as a Corporate Banker.
Mr. Pusak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
During his career he obtained his CIMA designation in 1999.
He was married and lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two children.
