Along with providing support to the Managing Director and leading on such matters as training and compliance reviews, Chris is responsible for the management of 30 operational projects across two of Semperian’s regions (The South East of England along with Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England), which include a variety of Educational and Health Projects.
He is the key services contact within the regions for commercial and business services, origination and capital investment.
His focus is to ensure the quality of services and provide proactive customer care and innovation.
He is also a Board Director on several of Semperian assets.
Chris initially joined Semperian’s commercial team in 2005, following a previous experience in the origination and management of a variety of PFI Projects, and was seconded to the Semperian Operation business shortly after where he remains and has played a significant role in building Semperian Asset Management to the market leading business it is today.
Chris has a proven track record of the management of multiple issues as well as taking responsibility for new and/or difficult projects on an interim basis while permanent resources are sourced and appointed.’
