Mr. Craley is a management consultant, investment banker and private equity investor, he brings to de Visscher & Co. a history of guiding shareholders and executives through change and transitions of business strategy and ownership to create shareholder value.
By combining experience in developing, evaluating and implementing business strategies as well as structuring and implementing the associated capital and liquidity transactions, Mr. Craley has successfully assisted many of the firm's domestic and international clients in complex consulting and investment banking engagements.
In addition to his investment banking and consulting activities, he plays a key role in sourcing and evaluating direct investment opportunities for Family Capital Growth Partners.
Before joining de Visscher & Co., Mr. Craley was a management consultant with Marakon Associates, the pioneer of Value Based Management, where he worked with the senior management of several Fortune 500 companies both in the United States and Europe.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a dual degree in Finance and International Relations.
Upon graduation, Mr. Craley was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to the University of Cologne in Germany to study foreign direct investment in Eastern Europe.
