Before joining KLD, Ms. Johnson researched new markets for Worth Mountain Capital Partners, started a social work program at AMERA refugee legal aid clinic, interned for Human Rights Watch, and worked for the Shearman & Sterling litigation department.
Ms. Johnson holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College, with a focus on the Middle East and a minor in Arabic.
At Middlebury, she organized the Amnesty International Club and played varsity volleyball.
She studied abroad at the American University in Cairo and has a good understanding of Arabic and French.
