Colin Buffin became managing director of Candover in March 1998.
He joined Candover in September 1985 from Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Colin has been responsible for a number of Candover transactions which have led to stock exchange listings or trade sales, including the buyouts of Motor World Plc, Midland Independent Newspapers Plc, Eversholt Leasing and Regional Independent Media.
Most recently, Colin led the buyout of Thule.
