Prior to joining Barrett, Ms. Starke was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst, Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Victory New Bridge Capital Management where she developed a special expertise in the area of mid- and large capitalization growth equities.
She was also a co-manager of the Victory Focused Growth Fund.
Previously she was a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at U.S.
Trust Company, Campbell Cowperthwait Division in New York, as well as a co-manager of the Excelsior Large Cap Growth Fund.

in Business Administration and an M.B.A.
with a Finance concentration from Fordham University.
