Mr. Gresko assists in leading all aspects of Guardian’s investment activities, including due diligence and deal execution for new investment opportunities.
Damien joined Guardian in 2020 and is also responsible for leading financial analysis, evaluating potential investments, and supporting portfolio company operators post-acquisition.
Prior to Guardian, Damien led a variety of strategic initiatives to deliver growth, cost savings, and capabilities for The Hershey Company.
Previously, he worked for Graham Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on industrial technology and advanced manufacturing businesses.
He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Raymond James & Associates, Inc.
Damien earned his MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his BSBA in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island, where he was a four-year letterman and two-time Academic All-American football player.
