Mr. Daniel F.
Scholl is a Head of Municipal Fixed Income at Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc. He is responsible for the delivery of solutions within the municipal sector to clients, including portfolio management, trading, and credit research.

municipals and as senior vice president for intermediary distribution, responsible for the firm’s business development efforts in the eastern U.S.
Prior to his tenure at Schroder Investment, he was a director and portfolio manager in municipals at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management and at Deutsche Asset Management.
He has also served in various leadership positions for the State of Delaware including deputy state treasurer, senior policy advisor to Governor Thomas R.
Carper, and as senior advisor to three secretaries of finance.
He received his undergraduate degree from Ursinus College and a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
