Prior to the acquisition of Inhance Investment Management by Vancity Investment on December 2, 2009, Dr. Luscombe had been with Inhance as an Analyst.
Dr. Luscombe obtained his PhD in Chemistry from Deakin University in Australia.
From 1995 to 2003 he worked on toxics and sustainability issues for local and international environmental organizations in Sydney, Toronto, Ottawa and Amsterdam.
In 2004 he immigrated to Canada, where he worked as an environmental consultant prior to joining Inhance.
