Prior to joining RockBridge, Mr. Lutz held various accounting and operations management positions with a number of hotel brands and management companies, including Guest Quarters Hotels, Doubletree Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Marshall Management, and Eagle Hospitality.
Immediately prior to joining RockBridge, he was an Asset Manager for Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, a hotel REIT based in Covington, Kentucky, where he oversaw the management and operations of the company’s full-service hotel portfolio.
He was also previously a Vice President and Corporate Controller for Corporex Companies, a Kentucky-based real estate investment and development company.
Mr. Lutz received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
