Mr. David A. Behnke is Managing Director & Head of US Investments for Najeti Ventures.
Prior to joining Najeti Ventures, he worked for JPMorgan for twenty two years, where as Managing Director he headed a variety of divisions including the Private Sale Advisory Group, which provided merger and acquisition advice to privately held companies, and the Global Power Group, which provided financing and advisory services to the electric industry worldwide.
Previously he served on the Boards of MVP International (Chairman) and DataPath (Executive Committee).
While at DataPath, he also served as Chief Financial Officer.
Previously he has served on the Boards of the Connecticut Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, the Connecticut Fund for the Environment, and the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters.
He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Direct Fuels, Prestolite Electric, Triton Logging (Chairman), Annie's, and Deep River Snacks.
He is also a principal and founder of Behnke Doherty & Associates, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Baker Institute of Cornell University, and serves on the Board of the Washington Art Association.
Mr. Behnke holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, an MM from Yale University and a BA from Hamilton College.
