Mr. David Fan, CFA, is a Managing Director at LaSalle Investment Management Hong Kong Ltd.
His primary responsibilities include assisting in the management of Asia Pacific real estate securities portfolios and overseeing the research of listed real estate companies in the region.
Prior to joining LaSalle, he spent six years as a Portfolio Manager for CBRE Clarion Securities in Tokyo and two years for ABN AMRO Asset Management in Hong Kong, managing Asia Pacific real estate securities for their regional and global portfolios.
Mr. Fan has also worked at Citigroup Asset Management, Security Capital and Franklin Templeton, where he was responsible for securities analysis.
Mr. Fan received both his BA and MA from Stanford University.
He is a CFA Charter holder and member.
