Mr. David M.
Merchant is Finance Director at Oriel Securities Ltd. He joined Oriel in 2009 and became Finance Director in 2011.
Having spent two years on secondment to KPMG Paris, he then joined HSBC International and latterly worked as Financial Controller of HSBC Card Services before moving to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Natixis.
Mr. Merchant graduated with honours from the University of Glasgow in 1993.
He then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAS in 1996 as a prize winner whilst at KPMG Glasgow.
