Blake is a Liquidity Investment Specialist at HSBC Global Asset Management (UK) Ltd. He joined the firm in July 2023.

Prior to heading the desk, he was senior portfolio manager responsible for securities lending cash reinvestment, G7 rates, and, investment grade credit.
He started his career in 2000, joining the UK Debt Management Office as a sterling repo trader.
In 2002, Mr. Blake established and subsequently managed a segregated pool of short-term fixed income securities for the UK Government.
He graduated as a Master of Physics from Lancaster University in 1999.
