Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Equity Analyst at Harris Bank, where he held a variety of positions including Equity Strategist, Director of Research and Portfolio Manager of the Small Company Fund and Convertible Securities Fund.
Previously, He served for six years on the Council of Examiners for the CFA Program and for four years on the Advisory Council of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Mr. Woodyatt earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and his B.S.
from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
