Mr. David P.
Manzano is a Managing Director at AEA Investors LP.

Prior to joining Callidus in 2002, he served as a consultant to The Carlyle Group evaluating several stressed loan portfolios.
Prior to this consulting engagement, he was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co. and spent four years in leveraged finance focused on originating, structuring and marketing high yield bank loan and bond transactions for event-related financings such as corporate acquisitions, leverage buyouts and recapitalizations.
Prior to Merrill Lynch & Co., he spent four years as a Credit Analyst at The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. in both New York and Hong Kong and is a graduate of the Bank's credit training program.
Mr. Manzano holds a B.A. in Government and International Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
