Mirifice Ltd.
Mirifice Ltd. Packaged SoftwareTechnology Services Mirifice Ltd was founded by Paul Tinkler, Alex Dick and Niall Buckingham in 2004, with the aim of providing innovative solutions for the broadcast industry. The company was originally set up in the University of Bath's Innovation Centre, part of the SETsquared Partnership. In 2006 the company was starting to outgrow the incubator facilities provided by the SETsquared Partnership, due to the strong growth in both its consultancy services business and its products business, and moved to its own premises in central Bath. Mirifice secured funding from the South West Ventures Fund in 2007 to further develop its MiriMON monitoring product, which won an IBC Pick Hit Award. In 2008 Mirifice announced its first public MiriMON deployment with Comstar in Russia, and deployed its new MiriATE test automation product to BT. Mirifice secured further funding from private investors in 2009 and has deployed MiriATE and MiriMON systems to a number of high profile organizations. Its success has been based on bringing together a team of broadcast and telecoms experts, with strong relationships in the industry. This team has enabled Mirifice to win major projects with the most prestigious companies in the sector. Delivering excellent solutions, on time and to budget, has ensured repeat business and built Mirifice an enviable reputation. Mirifice continues to grow through a policy of recruiting existing industry experts and by hiring the strongest graduates, who rapidly gain experience, skills and confidence working alongside its more experienced staff. | Directeur/Membre du Conseil | 03/01/2013 |
