Mr. David W.
Stadinski is a Global Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at Piper Sandler & Co. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Stadinski was head of the healthcare capital markets business and established and led the firm’s alternative capital practice, consistently one of the leading book runners in the marketplace in those areas.
He joined Piper Sandler in 2005 and has spent much of his career as a capital markets banker advising on and executing a variety of public and private financings across many industry sectors.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, he was with the equity capital markets and private equity groups of SG Cowen, ultimately serving as director and founding member of that firm’s PIPE and RD practice.
He has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA degree in Finance and Information systems from The Leonard N Stern School of Business.
