Mitchell, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Australian Ethical Investments Ltd. She is the Portfolio Manager for Australian Ethical’s flagship Australian Shares Fund.
She joined in 2018, & brings deep expertise in Australian equities, with particular focus on technology, consumer, and financial sectors.
Her strategic insights and leadership have helped shape the Fund’s investment approach, aligning it with ethical principles while delivering strong financial returns.
In 2024, she stepped into the role of Portfolio Manager, where she now oversees the management of the Fund.
She also leads governance and voting responsibilities for equity investments, ensuring that Australian Ethical’s active ownership continues to drive positive outcomes across the market.
Her career spans over 20 years in equity markets.
Prior to joining, she was at Macquarie, where she held key roles, including Head of ESG Research, Deputy Head of Small Caps and Senior Investment Analyst.
She is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
