Ms. Elizabeth M.
O’Melia is a Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President at S&P Global Ratings.

Before joining S&P Global Ratings, Liz served as Vice President and Treasurer responsible for directing treasury, capital markets and investor relations at Covanta Holding Corporation, an energy and independent power development company.
Previously, she held management positions at Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) in the corporate strategy, financial analysis, capital budgeting and audit areas before assuming the position of Assistant Treasurer, responsible for managing the corporate finance and treasury areas.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Montclair State University, an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University, and an MBA in international business from Columbia Business School.
