Mr. Menoyo's practice focuses on estate, gift, generation-skipping and income tax planning for individuals and owners of closely held businesses; international estate, trust and tax planning; charitable giving; and the formation of nonprofit organizations and charitable trusts.
Mr. Menoyo acts as trustee of numerous revocable and irrevocable trusts (both domestic and foreign) and has and does act as executor of many substantial estates.
He also advises institutional fiduciaries in domestic and foreign trust and estate administration.
Mr. Menoyo is experienced in the representation of parties involved in disputes concerning estates and trusts.
In addition, he has represented authors regarding publication agreements, matters related to copyrights and estate, gift, and income tax planning for those rights.
