Geneviève Lukenda-Lund is Vice-President of People & Culture at Sagard and joined the firm in 2021.
Geneviève is responsible for overseeing all strategic and operational aspects of human resources at the firm.
Her focus areas will be talent and leadership development, as well as growth and transformation strategies.
Geneviève will be partnering with the President and the Leadership Team.
She is based in Montréal, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Geneviève was Vice-President of People and Transformation at Medicom where she was the HR strategic partner to the Leadership team and led a significant HR transformation, which contributed to Medicom’s international growth, and its first ever designation of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
Geneviève also held various business consulting roles enabling medium-sized companies in executing their growth and efficiency strategies.
Geneviève holds a B.Sc.
Biology from the University of Saint-Bonaventure, NY and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management, BI.
She is an MEI (Management Executive Institute) lecturer at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and a head coach for competitive girls’ basketball.
