Shaver, CFA MBA, is a Senior Global Analyst at Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. He also serves as Managing Director for the real estate securities strategies managed by Duff & Phelps, including REIT institutional separate accounts, the Virtus Real Estate Securities Fund offered through Virtus Investment Partners and the Virtus Real Estate Securities Series, a series of the Virtus Variable Insurance Trust.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2012, Mr. Shaver served as Vice President and Research Analyst at Security Capital Research & Management, Inc. of J.P.
Morgan Asset Management.
